I think that you will find your Fish Cat much easier in the wind and to propel.

I personally like a scuba/snorkeling fin. They are generally light, fit well, and move lots of water. The others will work okay too.

How your fins fit might be dependent on what you will be wearing when you use them. I live in a cold area and usually wear waders with a water shoe. So my fins need to be sized to fit over those.
