[quote TubeDude][#0000ff]You got it. There were several corrugations...that served to keep the surface level and to provide ridges to help hold the rider inside. But the connections inside were weak and popped loose...even under "normal" inflation. I did get a replacement at the time, but the second one did the same thing...as did my wife's.
I know several Utah BFTers who still have H3s and all of them have "balloon" seats now...with no chance of replacement. Even though there was a "lifetime" warranty on the tubes they were discontinued after only a couple of years and there are no replacement parts available.
By the way, in the picture the cushion to the left was the back seat cushion. They did not have to support the weight of someone sitting on them and I don't know of any that failed. But I don't know of any of the seat cushions that lasted very long before ballooning...even the one sold by Flygoddess to one of our other members.

Excuse me but if they are lifetime Guarantee, I am betting Dave will come up with something. Did you try?
Out of the four I sold, I can say I know the owners of three. Not from this site and they never inflated them rock hard. Still in good shape to this day. Just wanted to clear the air on this.
