We made the trek yesterday. The river is blown out big time. I would give it a week or so before you make the trip. The funny thing is we talked to three different people that drove to Riggins and said it was unfishable so they drove to the clearwater that same day...only to fins the clearwater basically unfishable as well. Just bad timing for us.

The good news is we ended up landing one keeper each... caught an hour before quitting time. Pic below caught 5-24-2014 north fork.

Next week should be fantastic!!!
