Rod holder's for yer sled
#7
Looks great. I did something similar with a 5 gallon bucket and pvc pipe. I just attached the pvc pieces to the exterior of the bucket using a roll of flat steel tape that they use in home construction to anchor pipes to the frame of a home. A few bolts, nuts and washers and a dab of locktite and it works great. I did as someone else suggested and cut a notch in the top to hold the reel in place when transporting. I use the bucket to take the fish home in, and the entire thing is completely weatherproof and easy to hose out.

I use my sled to pull behind my snowmobiles and did not want to have to remove anything before pulling the kiddos around. Although if it were attached using cotter pins.... well, that is a project for another day. [Image: bobwink.gif]
