Ya know beauty is only skin deep and although the cats have a homely appearance and lack a little speed in their fight, I've come to appreciate the powerful monsters of the deep... Learned to catch them trolling and fishing plastics like I was fishing for bass and dang that's fun stuff to get a big ole hog on the line... I agree the bait fish deal isn't quality fishing, but get a kitty in the other methods and they are a whole lot of fun... Takes a little work to figure out other ways to skin a cat, but I'm starting to appreciate the wall flowers... Even had one take to aerial maneuvers last fall like it thought it was a rainbow and to have a 24" fish leaping in the air is sort of a blast and gets your attention... Just my take.... Later J
