Willard has been low for several years and when it is low, there is always a chance of hitting your prop, even for those of us that fish it all the time. Rocky gave you some good advice but if you are really concerned about it, you might want to avoid it until we get more water in there. That likely will not be this year. I would say the average water depth is 9 to 11 ft, there are areas that are deeper than 11ft and a lot of areas that are less than 9ft. If you do go, stay 1/2 mile or more away from the entire south side of the lake, the North side is fine but you have to be very careful coming out of or going into either marina.
