Tin-Can-- Yep, I was there. Spent most of my time shoveling down chowder or wiper samwiches. I was "hiding" under a hoodie just to survive the cold of the north. Spent the morning hauling in cats and basking in the sun at UL and then decided to make a dash for some "free" grub. I met most of the BFTers there but, like I say, I was workin' on the grub.
It was good to meet some of you northern guys and the trip was well worth it. I had a good chat with Jeff but his teeth were chattering so bad it was hard to keep a conversation going. If the weather had cooperated I'm sure we could have got some serious cattin' sessions going.
It was good to finally see a wiper. They look like fun and also look like over-grown white bass. Gotta try for one of them some time.
Anyone knows that you head south for warm weather. Better weather and bigger fish... at least bigger catfish. As soon as this rainy period passes watch for a mid-30s cat from the south.[
