Hey Robert, I was the one that hollered at you Tuesday a.m. in the lund. We had a very good a.m. as well. We had boated 20 fish (2 limits of Kokes) by 9:00 a.m. We then switch over to trout gear and picked up another 5 - getting off the water around 10:30 a.m. Ended the day with 25 fish - we would of had a lot more if we would have left the koke gear on. These 8 fish were the best kokes we have caught this season. Nothing less than 2 lbs; however, the biggest was 18.75-inches and 2 lbs 5 oz.
Pink colored plankton squids & pink/purple dodgers worked the best for us fished 30 - 35 feet deep. See attached photo. I would tip this squid with a chartreuse maggot.
Now give me the true skinny - does that 360 fish finder help you any with finding the fish? I would hate to spend that much money just for another decoration on the back of my boat. I was hoping you were at the marina when we went back in to look at your set up - maybe next time.
