[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000]Also, looking ahead to next year, it would be VERY helpful to all the volunteers if the date for next years event could be decided on and disseminated to the troops as early as possible. A lot of the volunteers have jobs to work around and family vacation schedules to contend with that require early planning. I'm not complaining (I'm retired and can make just about anything work); I'm just suggesting that earlier would be better for a lot of folks.[/#800000][/font]
