The most recent Muskie, Inc magazine has some info. Matter-o-Fact magazine (attached) has a story on the WR muskie caught on a fly rod last year.
Our MI Chapter 65, has several folks who routinely fly fish for tigers and do very well. We're working on getting our Son who fly fishes into his first tiger muskie...he's had follows but no hookups...stick at it and you'll get one...is what we tell him.
No matter if its a rod and reel or a fly rod...its dedicated time on the water and working the K2 motto 3Ps (passion, persistence and above all patience). Stick at it again is what we tell him.
