Yup that is right down my alley for food prep only drawback is its hard to duplicate a home run with that method. Anyway it is amazing the difference between properly prepared foods. Your tips on catfish prep made it so I like catfish where before I was happy to catch and release. You do need to get rid of all the fat and make sure it gets cooked all the way through.
