1st walleye for 2021
#1
Went to Utah lake state park this morning. Fished along the river with curly tail jig and caught my 1st walleye for 2021.

The river is way low and the small dock is out of the water on the river side. I also caught a few white bass.

Interesting! My wife and I were just talking about the Walleyes whereabouts while floating around the lake yesterday, having no clue.

I did not measure it but I weighed it.  It was a little over 6 pounds.  My guess it is around 26”

That is likely a good guess, the last 6 lb eye I caught was 26", great fish.
