Is the new ramp built yet or is it just the parking lot? I know it doesn't matter right now but I'm just curious as I haven't been up there since september.

They are not charging to park in the winter.  There was probably 3-6" of snow.  There looks like there is a ramp there, but I can't tell if it is finished because it's under snow.
