Pepperfin White Tuna

1 t. lemon juice

3 tsp regular soy sauce (not low sodium)

1/3 tsp sesame oil

sliced fresh jalapenos (as spicy as you like)

[/font][size 2][font "Arial"]1. Slice white tuna into 1/8"-1/4" filets. Arrange the sliced filets like the petals of a flower or a star shape.

2. Place remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour sauce over the white tuna filets.

3. Serve immediately with steamed white rice or as an appetizer.
