Try this. 1 cup Bisquick, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, beer.

Just mix the whole thing up with enough beer to make a thin pancake batter consistency. Cut the fillets in about 1" strips, dip 'em & deep fry 'em in about 2" of 350 deg. oil until golden brown. Let drain on paper towels.

WAIT 'TILL THEY COOL SOME BEFORE EATING OR YOU'LL BURN YOUR TONGUE!!

The first batch this part ain't really that hard. Next batch takes self discipline.
