SO HERE I SIT IN MY LIVING ROOM, TAKING THE DAY OFF OF THE FENCE BIZZ, LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW AT THE SNOW COMING DOWN, AND I'M ASKING MYSELF, IS THERE ANYONE WHO IS AS SICK AND TIRED OF WINTER AS I AM? GIVE ME A BREAK ALREADY! SNOW BLOWS! BRING ON ANYTHING BUT SNOW. I HAVE SEEN ENOUGH OF IT THIS WINTER TO LAST ME AGES. I WAS SITTING ON MY BOAT LAST WEEKEND ON THE MUD PUDDLE IN A T-SHIRT CATCHING CATFISH AND SOAKING UP THE RAYS THINKING HOW SWEET IT WAS THAT WINTER IS FINALLY OVER. NOT QUITE YET I GUESS. OK, I'M DONE VENTING.

Oh hell no... its been one of the most awsome snowmobiling years ever! You really should look into getting a sled and enjoying this time of year. There is nothing like snowmobiling in fresh powder... nothing. Its softer than water as you just float along. Its just an incredibly unique and fun thing to do. Dont get me wrong, I love summer too ... but Winter in Utah is extremely fun.
My ride: A 2002 Polaris RMK 800 with a 156" track. The engine has alot of aftermarket mods giving it around 165 hp. At 40mph if you have the traction, opening it up to full throttle it will pull the skis off the ground... its unreal the power it has.

The funny thing was I thought about posting the same thing this morning. It is almost freeking April time for sun, snowmelt, and softwater fishing. The ice monster has had it's grip on us long enough! I can't wait to fish in shorts again!

I'm the opposite, I wish there was no such thing as a frozen lake.

Snow is evil! Of course, I only weigh 85 lbs and have no meat to keep me warm, anyway. Weather under 60 degrees, I'm miserable.
It snowed again today! At least in Layton...I guess Salt Lake just got cloudy.
I was planning to go fishing on Tuesday...it better quit for a while! I'll just have to wear a couple sweatshirts and my down jacket. And wool gloves from Cabelas... they are so warm!
Mother Nature must be having PMS, or something LOL

Some Utahns such as myself just don't like snow.
When I visit my mother in Kingman Arizona I looooooooooooove the desert, oh yeah!
Lake Mohave! Big channel cats and tons of tiny stripped bass.
