well i just started to fish aournd beginning of july. since i'm only 14, i usually have no ride during the weekdays so I usually go during the weekends...BUT I'm extremely busy with band, and this chinese organization i'm in (yes i'm chinese) so i've only actually spent about like...i'd say maybe 70-80 hrs.

I fish from ice off (march) till the lakes freeze (december or January). I don't really like to think how much i fish cause then it makes me realize that thats why my house is taking forever to get remodeled. O well my house will be there tomorrow lol.

Here in Virginia, I fish every month of the year, though much more so in the spring and fall.
And most of it between work and home either before work (say, 5:00 to 7:30) or after (say 6:30 to 9, or so).
Yes, I am an addict. And not a recovering one. Unapologetic and unabashed addict. I take well more than a dozen species per year within 30 minutes of home.
I'm up there in the hundreds of hours, too, with much of that coming in April and May when the anadromous fish come up from the Atlantic through the Chesapeake into the Potomac. By the end of May, they're gone, and I turn to bass.
