Fishing buddies
#1
Why is it that whenever I work out a couple days to spend fishing all of my fishing buddies can never get away to go?

Same thing happens to me. So I go alone. Dangerous, but also some pretty good times, once in a while.

Maybe we don't really have any friends?

Maybe you guys just need better and more available fishing buddies...I have the same problem occasionally...we should all hook up and tear it up!

Only problem I have with going by myself is theres nobody to take pictures of the fish I catch [Wink] and I'm pretty terrible about getting a good pic of a fish if nobody is there to help out!

I am blessed that my wife likes to fish! Built in fishing buddy!

Our second date was flyfishing.... knew right away she was a keeper!

The only time my fishing buddy doesn't go with me is when I wade Lake Lowell in the Spring. Fudge, my Boykin Spaniel, is always ready to go.

I hear ya on flakey buddies that don't want to go after they commited. I fish a lone a lot of the time, but it usually just takes a phone call to my ole man and he is always down to go. Problem is if I called him every time I went I think my mom would disown me and prob give him the boot.
