you ditch dawgs.
Just grab your harpoon and get on em man!
Slap enough Creole in the brine, and it'll cover up that turpentine bouquet - no really! Smoke em if you got em!
check [url "http://www.healthandwelfare.idaho.gov/Portals/0/Health/EnvironmentalHealth/FishGuide03_2010.pdf"]this[/url]: carp are high on a lot of lists. Wonder if Utah has a similar consumption notice.

This is proof that you twins really do have a fishing addiction.
Guess it beats sitting in the waiting room.....

Those photos make it look better than it was! There was garbage everywhere on the bank and cars/trucks racing by non stop! Probley won't go back...well until the car has troubles again anyway. That has got to be the most nasty water I have ever fished.

You two crack me up. My grandparents used to live directly in that neighborhood behind that canal. I still live in that neighborhood and have never had the thought cross my mind to hit there. It is certainly a disgusting little canal. Kinda surprised you didn't catch a disease or a dead body. You may need to clean your gear after that trip. See you guys around.

We got tons of fish in the canals and irrigation ditches down around delta. The biggest LBM I've ever seen was a dead one in next to the dike in one of my uncles alfalfa fields. It would have easily gone 8 lbs, had it been alive. Tons of carp, bullheads, channels, a few bluegill, a few white bass, and the occasional walleye. I've cast bait rigs in a couple of canals next to where I'm running a tractor and have caught quite a few catfish.
Fish are where you catch them. [:p]
Even if they have 5 Eyes and make Geiger counters explode. [crazy]

[cool][#0000ff]Try fishing it at night. Should be much easier since the fish glow in the dark.[/#0000ff]

[cool][#0000ff]Who knows? [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I was just recycling the joke everybody used down in New Orleans about fishing in the Mississippi River. By the time the river got that far down it had been "enhanced" by lots of farms, industries and municipalities and their runoff. Many refineries and chemical plants along that abused river...and all contributing their "byproducts"...legally and otherwise. [/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I just hate it when I have to put on my hazmat suit to go fishing someplace.[/#0000ff]
